Even after you have installed the remote support application, we can NOT connect to your machine without your explicit permission.
Once the program is installed, it will generate a random access code that you must provide to the technician before he or she can connect to your machine.
The application generates a new random code everytime therefore making it impossible for our technicians to connect without your consent, so you can safely
leave the application on your PC for the next time you need support, or if it makes you more comfortable, you can remove it at the end of the session.
Additionally, the support session itself is also conducted over an encrypted connection just like a credit card transaction, keeping your personal data
safe.
And finally, you will be able to watch on your own screen and view everything that is taking place in realtime as the technician completes the steps necessary
to resolve your issue(s)!
